CIRCULAR

The Executive Officer / Secretary,
State / Union Territory Haj Committees

                Sub.:   Haj 1432 (H) – 2011 – Allotment of Haj Seats.

                Your State / Union Territory Final Quota as on date is _____________________

                With reference to the subject cited above, it is stated that certain Haj Seats have been released to you State / Union Territory out of the additional Haj Quota allotted by the Government.

                You are requested to :

1. Give wide publicity to the list of now provisionally selected cover numbers alongwith waiting list numbers in local newspaper / media etc.
2. Make all out efforts to communicate with the Pilgrims using all means of communications so that Pilgrims are confirmed as per waiting list.
3. All Applications, Passports and Pay-in-Slips received upto 10th September, 2011 should be sent to Haj Committee of India Mumbai by 13th September, 2011.

After this exercise, in the event of some Pilgrims not ready to go for Haj – 2011, you may go beyond the now provisionally selected Pilgrims from the Waiting List and ensure that you State Quota is fully utilized. However, you should furnish a statement in the following proforma justifying the skipping of wait-list numbers, if there is any.

            The lists should be duly certified by the Executive Officer / Secretary of State Haj Committee.

All Applications / Passports after following the instructions of this circular should be submitted in the office of Haj Committee of India or or before 20th September, 2011.
